Topped with a white wine and seeded mustard sauce, with scallops and avocado.Served with seasonal vegetables.

A selection of our finest seafood, tossed with extra virgin olive oil, tomato, basil

A fine selection of  prawns, oysters, mussels and Morton Bay bugs,accompanied             

by prawns, fish, scallops and calamari in beer batter. Served with fries, Thousand

Twice Roasted Duckling A L'Orange - $32.00

Half de-boned duckling topped with a duck-reduced sauce flavoured with Grand

Marnier and orange segments. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Grilled prime eye fillet wrapped in bacon, grilled to your taste with a port wine

sauce and various mushrooms. Served with seasonal vegetables.

Thermidor > Brandy and French mustard sauce.

Americaine >Crayfish sauce flavoured with tarragon, brandy and a touch of chilli.
